UPCOMING EVENTS
Please join us on Friday, October 11th, 2024, for our annual Walk-A-Thon (WAT) fundraiser! The day starts with an all-school walk around Lakeville North High School track and then continues with each grade level walking the track for ~30 minutes throughout the day.
Our goal this year is to raise $30,000 (~$40 per student). Your participation helps the PTO fund amazing programs at Lake Marion including:
- School grants for special improvement projects
- Family Fun Evenings
- School Resource Dog
- Scholastic Book Fairs
- Junior Achievement Biz Town
- Staff Appreciation
- Fine Arts Assemblies
- I Love to Read Program
- Student Scholarships
- Activity Day
- AND MORE!
If we reach our fundraising goal our school will earn an all school pajama day and classroom popcorn parties! All students who bring in a donation of any amount will be entered in a drawing to win Principal for the Day. Also, any student who turns in their donations by 10/9 will receive an early-bird incentive prize!
Families are invited and encouraged to join their students during their grade-level walk time (not pets). Please wear your favorite Lake Marion or Lakeville spirit wear and be prepared for colder weather. The WAT shirts will be handed out by your child’s teacher on Friday, October 11. Shirts WILL NOT go home before this date to ensure all kids have their shirt for the walk-a-thon.

1:10 to 1:50 - 1st Grade
1:50 to 2:30 - 2nd Grade

CULVER'S NIGHTS 2024/2025
Joins us every second Tuesday this school year for Culver's nights to support the LME PTO and have a night out with friends and family!
When you mention LME, Culver's will donate a part of the proceeds from that day to the LME PTO.
